Jose Pekerman’s men shocked the tournament favourites with bounce back from their surprising loss against Venezuela in the opening game. In the high tempered Group C game between Brazil and Colombia, centre back of Colombia Jeison Musillo opener managed to win the tight game against Brazil. A deserved win for Colombia on Wednesday night which Brazil didn’t answer and their 11 match winning streak come to an end. The match is filled with full extra curricular as Neymar and Carlos Bacca were red carded after the final whistle for fiery incident. Copa America 2015 favorites Brazil have lost their second Copa America Group C encounter versus Colombia 1-0. This is Colombia’s third victory in the 28 meetings against Brazil. Since 1991, it is the first victory for Los Cafeteros.
Colombia needed win in anyway to qualify for the next stage after the lost to Venezuela in the opening group game. Pekerman’s side did well in the tough game against Brazil and join the table with Brazil on three points.

In first half an hour of the match, Colombia struggled to get out of their own half but in the 36th minute Central defender Murillo scored the only goal of the match. Brazil failed to deal with Juan Cuadrado’s free kick in the box, therefore despite so many players Murillo find the gaps and netted the football. Colombia were lucky as Neymar failed to put Dani Alves cross into the net.
In a tight game, Brazil had a more possession than Colombian, but Cafeteros produced more shots as focused on counter-attacking.
Despite that, Brazil vs Colombia match also featured the terrible and shameful incident after the final whistle as Neymar blased the ball at Pablo Armero and headbutt to goalscorer Murillo Winces. Therefore, Colombian player Carlos Bacca get involved with Neymar and Chillean referee awarded red card to both players.
